No, their in business, I just don't know their reasoning not to inform the shareholders. They are up to something and I'm sure we will see in the near future This is a puzzler. I've seen only one like this before and it did well. Who really knows.....The one I knew of didn't want to spend money on lawyers and filing. It made sense because that money was used to grow the company. Sometimes these things take a little of thinking.
