i agree, im seeing the same thing. theres no doubt that starting at 6 is safer, but thats why im going to tier lower only plan on buying 500,000 shares at the most at 7's if i get filled completely ill have close to 3 million total for quick shake on the dice.
anyways good luck see what happens. one thing is for sure im not holding for more than a few days. think kriti said the motion for dismissal is coming up here soon. gonna double check on that unless she chimes in please :)
anyways news should coincide with that court date maybe a few days before we'll see.
