I honestly don't know who or what Sykes is? What I do know, is I have a "high level" of trading ability in my TDA account. Last time the "retail short conspiracy" was front & center, I attempted to short ECIG as a test. I received an error message stating "TD Ameritrade does not allow shorting of OTC stocks". Not that I wasn't approved, that THEY don't allow it.

Not sure what I might be missing, but I'll let it go...
