You could be right but don't know that for sure. Everything you and I say is pure speculation anyways but it's a possibility. Nothing is out of the question but the only problem I see with your theory is that there has not been any volume to speak of in quite some time. If they were buying back shares, wouldn't we see it? Anyways, I hope your right.

A buy back will not happen IMO. If for no other reason than Paster Boy Troy will not do anything that benefits anyone other than himself. His prior history is testimony to that fact.

A buy back would mean PBT would have to use his precious money for something other than himself. And....he doesnt have the money anyway. With so much debt to resolve before a buy back could even take place, PBT would do a reverse split to get the company back to a normal OS and share price. Why use company cash to do that?

Mark my words, the 10K will reveal how bad things really are. It will be like flipping a light switch on with Covey the cockroach scurrying around, looking for a place to hide.

If a RS or bankruptcy filing does't happen soon, it will be several more months of NO BID, and the vice grip called "DEBT" will continue to crush the company.

I disagree. It would not be a "genius" move to spend a million to buyback shares now. The only thing that would happen is they'd be a million closer to the magical $50 million VWAP number and the OS would go down from 14 to 13 billion. Big deal... yawn. MTVX would still be at no bid.

Total waste of a million dollars. But hey this is MTVX. Who knows?

Yes, I can imagine, but being honest with myself, they would have no interest in doing so.

First, sneaking in buybacks is a tricky thing with a mostly low-volume ticker. If you noticed 100-million shares traded every day, then maybe it could be happening, but I don't see the incentive in it.

If I were running this company from this point going forward, I would have no buy-back or reverse-splits of any kind; there's just no benefit to any of it.

What I'd do is get a killer company going with killer products and consistent growth, and let the stock climb up into penny land buy itself.

Then When the time is right to go big-board, I would reverse split 1:100 and build the company up into NASDAQ territory.

Right now, no stock manipulation makes any sense to me.
