I would think not as the recent win involved legal costs, not the patents.

From what I have read no.


If our case had been frivolous, vexatious or without merit we may have had to pay the other sides legal fees.

In saying we are not required to pay their fees the Judge has stated there was a reasonable ground to make a claim against visa and master, even though we did not win.

I believe the Court decided there was a valid patent, but that visa and master had not breached it but that is unrelated to why we are not liable to pay the other sides fees.

To be honest who cares anymore. I believe most people want that farce behind us and all efforts on the card getting into circulation with production and contracts
