It's really amusing to see Seeberger distancing himself from the filings with each "edited" version of the story. By they last filing, he's pretty much trying to throw Jerry under the bus, even though it's assumed HE wrote the opinions that allowed Meadows to avoid Rule 144 restrictions and sell his shares in the open market.
He repeats the following embarrassing ass covering verbiage THREE different times in the latest version of his filing. Hummmmmm
