Seeberger has now written THREE different letters to OTC markets, each one with a different explanation for Meadows' conversions.

Seeberger's first letter doesn't mention Meadows AT ALL.

His second letter shows the conversions, but only says that they were issued by "Conversion of note." The letter specifically says "Each certificate... contains a legend stating that the securities have not been registered... and are restricted from transfer and/or sale."

Now the THIRD letter says that Meadows shares are from a "Partial conversion of note held in excess of one year and a lawyer letter at the time of conversion... Free trading with no legend."

Every letter generates a different story - I have to assume similar letters are being sent to the SEC, which are then rewritten in response to the SEC's further inquiries?

But wait - didn't Meadows get involved here as a result of the bankruptcy proceedings - well less than a year ago???

It's really amusing to see Seeberger distancing himself from the filings with each "edited" version of the story. By they last filing, he's pretty much trying to throw Jerry under the bus, even though it's assumed HE wrote the opinions that allowed Meadows to avoid Rule 144 restrictions and sell his shares in the open market.

He repeats the following embarrassing ass covering verbiage THREE different times in the latest version of his filing. Hummmmmm
