Obviously you haven't thought this thru. I have. Judges are people but they are people who we often overlook and disregard "UNTIL" we get in trouble or find ourselves in front of them for some reason. There are (20) twenty possible Judges or Magistrates that will preside over any hearing or trial that arises from any charge regarding F.S.P.M. I know from experience that there is nothing like taking the time to write(type) a letter to a Judge/Magistrate. It makes all the difference in the world. (Having a good lawyer helps.) But in order for them to get that letter, you had to look them up.. You would have had to show effort. Not saying these people have a God complex but they do judge other people and render punishment and so forth. That is a powerful position. To just acknowledge their position is enough to get your issue moved to the top of the pile. (You should use the same approach with doctors - FYI) But yes. It matters. It will matter if it comes to it. It is a huge sign of respect to get a letter from a "victim" who will travel to all court appearances (furthering their suffering) to be first in line to get some compensation from a fraud. Ego's get catered to all the time. Judges are no different. Try it on your next traffic ticket and see what happens.

I don't know unfortunately not really my area of expertise but if I had to guess I'd say any it would have been more important to have been holding when the funds were frozen rather than now but if there is a repayment it will probably be pennies on the dollar unfortunately.
