"Learned helplessness", I like that.

But you got me, I did not read the entire 10-K. Good to hear.

RD, I'm the knucklehead who pushed it to 934 today. Nobody wants to sell and I was waiting most of the morning to buy in the low 80s. I wanted to get some before it went over $1 which is a freaking steal if the company goes through with this plan.

RD I missed the boat last week to add to my stake, you think we'll get a pullback to the .70's before takeoff? Dont want to be greedy but this seems like a sure thing.

Hey guys, I haven't followed what you have been writing about this potential merger. But I have read the part in the 10K aobut a potential merger, and I can see that you hope that they would merge with Gansu Yasheng Industrial (Group), but does it really say so?

In the first blah blah blah part, they basically say that our (United States Yasheng Group) business will be shitty the coming years because of lack of water supply, we have to do something to keep the company profitable.
The plan is to merge agriculture land/assets from other sub companies of Gansu Yasheng Salt Group that is water resources rich.
This "asset transfer" will strengthen the "new" United States Yasheng Group and keep the share holders happy.

I don't interpret that they will merege the whole company with Gansu Yasheng Industrial and be listed in China...
