The best way to get your 50K back would have been to not donate it in the first place. Public opinions were made, both pro and con, and the filings have been for the most part, on time and accurate with the exception of the Section 10 flagging back in the day for not keeping their prospectus "green"....

Point being I do not think there is any recourse for bad decision making.
