To uplist to QB you need to file with the SEC 2 years of audited fins. To file audited fins you have to file with the SEC an 8k announcing your approved accountant, still waiting for one Q Of audited fins plus the 8k file... Uplist is not happening

Check out this link. At the bottom you will find a PR put out by a company that tiered up. Then look at any other company that tiered up to the QB, you will find the same type PR, 2 years audited fins:
