Sorry if you think I was "laying into you"! I wasn't .. I was pointing out that you arrived on the scene (this board) clearly way, way after the run up, the run down, the halt and the crash. It's like 30 of us were eye witnesses to an accident and you showed up just as the tow truck was leaving with the cars on it and the man sweeping the glass off the street just finished up and was about to go. I mean you didn't join Ihub until mid September. You may have a position - I don't know (or care to know) but you weren't vocal about what was taking place until way after events has already transpired. (That is not person..those are facts.) I joined Ihub about 3 months before I ever made my first trade. I have had my issues with FSPM and made them publicly known. So my questioning whether or not you are really who you say you are is just a result based on deductive reasoning. I mean you show up to an accident after everything is finished and start talking as if you were there with the rest of us. So my test is to evaluate what you say and so far it doesn't look convincing.
My two issues.
1. You say that someone (you hinted at Sears) shorted over 200k shares from the high at $9.20. How do you know it was Sears? How did you get that number of over 200k?
2. You say that the F.B.I. confiscated not just 200k in the raid but 10 times that amount. 2 million dollars. Again, how did you get that information and from where? Please verify if you can.
Maybe Scott Dittman did scam us. Maybe he is trying to get everyone to sell their shares and he is buying as many as he can every day so when the shoe drops he won't have as many "victims" as he would have had, had not people chose to sell. But I'm not that person. Either way, that 200k will cover my loses if they get charged with fraud or the F.B.I. doesn't charge and they start to do business again. In any case.. there is no news and absent that, I won't sell one dime until the picture is clear - others who can afford to hold.. shouldn't either.
So to sum this all up - it's no hard feeling, nothing personal - I just don't know you and from what you have asserted so far (see above) can't be verified. Bring some proof of what you are saying and we kewl. iight.
