Once they announce they are definitively moving forward into phase 2, that might kick in another penny or two, but no matter what company, nothing in the PM space is going anywhere big, until the underlying metal prices improve. No one can be sure when that will be but that's just the current market, IMO.
If they can improve on the proven resource with some good new hits during phase 2 drilling, that alone should be good for at least double or better from today's price.
