can you buy them at each bank in the states ---or where do you have to have an account???

Plain and simple, people are just not buying at $0.001
The shares are available, people are not buying. Also, people who are already invested in this, don't believe in it enough to go and buy more shares at the "cheap" price of $0.001
A lot of hopers, instead of investors on this one
