You have to be charged with something before a day in court arrives. Probable cause is the lowest standard imaginable. The FBI raided almost a year ago...confiscated computers, confiscated at least 200k (some say 2 million but haven't shown proof of that number anywhere - seems like it was pulled out of the air) but the bigger point is. 11 months and no charges filed.

I've heard all the arguments. FSPM didn't have real customers and were selling pods to companies owned by companies started by Dittman's wife etc. Then the Sears guy. He is a felon. He is a brother-in-law to Dittman. But what did he actually do? How does that fall on Scott Dittman and F.S.P.M.? If Sears was never a named part of the company, how does his stock trades (if any) have to be reported? It all looks very shady, but is it illegal?

So far, all I have gotten is opinion pieces and no facts. The FBI raided 11 months ago, so why haven't they put this rag-tag organization (Dittman, Sears and both their wives) under a jail somewhere? Short answer - THEY CAN'T!

As each day passes - it is looking more likely that they won't.

Until such day passes - I will just sit and wait and see what happens.

No one is talking about what happens if after all this time the feds find nothing to hang their hats on and this whole thing was a big waste of tax-payer dollars and everyone's time. And that looks like (more than likely) where this is headed. Just a thought.
