DD, am not trying to destroy anybody or anything, just want my money back, the offer is one that can't be done, simply because CdA wants to pay in installments and has never shown a single sign of reliability for me to enter into such an agreement.
Leave alone that the agreement is set up in such a way that if signed it removes all blame from CdA, yet he stole the money....

No interest, no legal recourse if he still fails to pay... would you sign such after having been abused by the thief?
