#296619 RE: Zorax #296612

According to HVEL they issued NTEK 15 million shares, soon to be 150 million if the forward split is approved. NTEK's OS was around 740 million at the time so the ratio given to NTEK shareholders should be straightforward if ever approved. Will all of it be distributed?

How quickly will the price drop to trip-zeros when all that stock becomes free-trading? Will they try to run it up before-hand since they own the vast majority of available stock (90% or so)? Any volume at HVEL has to come from insiders since they're the only ones left following the 6000:1 reverse-split.

Or does HVEL get suspended first?

IMO HVEL is now the more entertaining of the two to watch. NTEK is dead money now that Foley has to sell.
