Jerry Mikolajczyk may file a Form 15 to de-register XNRG stock rather than file the belated 10-Q.

That would be a Form 15-12(g) to voluntarily withdraw your company from proper reporting duties, which is where this is heading anyway if Jerry does not start catching up with his filing requirements.
