Some of you cant seem to get it though your heads that the company has NO unencumbered assets. The CEO has a charge over all assets, and this will remain the case until her/his growing back-pay debt is finalised. At the last filing, this was heading towards $300,000. Perhaps learning to read balance sheets might be a clue as to where you are heading.
