It's a Japanese candle with up and down movement during the time period and has the same opening and closing price. So it looks like two lines crossing each other.

$MINE Dojis mean that there's indecision between the bulls and the bears, like a tug of war that isn't won by either side.

However, news trumps all charts and yesterday evening's news (refer to the 8-K) should trump the chart.
