Customers being neglected by Nanotech.

Looks like the poor guy Scott can't even get someone competent enough at Nanotech to help answer his technical question. Facebook is utterly pointless for Nanotech when they don't even know how to use it. Looks like that DODO-bird Leslie Hayes is still in charge there.
