Do more than "hope". E-Mail the Trustee. Just indicate the name of the matter and that you are a shareholder. Then briefly complain that his offfice has failed to recognize the worth of the $32,750,000.00 of Tax Deferred Assets.
If the Trustee were to receive 20, or 30, or even 100 of those simply-worded shareholder concerns then (perhaps) the issue would reach a point of critical mass ... and blow-up in ESW's face.
And if nothing should happen, and you lose your entire investment in HIPPQ, then you wouldn't have taken the whole thing 'lying-down' ... like the vast number of people here seem hellbent on doing.
