Everyone knows the facts:
Fact: The A/S is at 3 billion
Fact: Before the A/S could be raised and future dilution happens, there has to be a Pre 14c filed with the SEC
Fact: It will take at least 20 days from the filing of the Pre 14c for there to be a Def 14c
Fact: After a Def 14c is filed, only then the A/S can be raised
