i agree thats why we have to get above .0085 and close above it.
Technically it's a pivot point and needs to close above for strength.

Footerman, OS is 450M, and in the filings float is past 246M from Jan. 01, and up to Jan.01 was another 87 M from the filings.

That adds up to 333M. Now take the 40Million that was open to convert on March 31. Do the Math and we should have about 80M left and the OS and Float are locked!!!
