they overstated the blogger's influence in the lawsuit in which they claimed he caused the price to decline. This is an interesting thought since damages are still to be determined. I think they have quite the task proving one dollar in damages. They company has no revenues and in order to raise cash they usually issue toxic debt notes, which they admit can hurt the price per share.
Do you think the price spiked in July because people had their hopes up and the stock was over bought?
