No of course not....shareholders were lead down the path all this time that the Bella Vida deal was surely going to close and here we find out in this PR they couldn't close the deal because NSAV had no money to do the DD on the companys books. LOL

I like it. Assuming the emerging market is what we all are hoping and speculating... This can run nicely imo. Also like that they set a time line of 04/15/15. Will be nice to see them do something timely.
