you are right on buddy. what people do not understand here is that ECIGD need to raise CAPITAL and fast. IMO they need to raise 40 -50 million in a very short order which means more dilution. it is really that simple. they are burried ubder a MOUNTAIN OF LOSSES and need to clean up their BALANCE SHEET. I believe that under the circumstance holding 20 cents would be difficult. I think we're headind down to 5-10 xent range.
