Anyone who invested in Vzillion, who was headed by Antonio Collier and Michael Howard, over the past 5 years need to demand answers. The talk is that Collier and Howard are now on the west coast with a new investor group. They raised over $4 million with their old vzillion investors. The last of which was raised a little over 2 years ago. The last few investors were told by Michael Howard, that this time, Vzillion had everything it needed and that the launch would occur no later than 60-90 days. But this time, Michael Howard was adamant and Antonio Collier confirmed it. Over $2 of the $4 million was raised through a private placement at nearly 100% premium to where vzillion public stock traded. Private placements are normally done at a discount to the public stock. Supposedly Michael Howard and Antonio Collier were broke at the time. Tammara Combs, an ex Microsoft exec supposedly abandoned ship well over 18 months ago.
Now the talk is that Michael Howard and Collier are in with another group of investors on the west coast. Antonio Collier barely acknowledges his vzillion investors. When pressure is put on him he sends cryptic texts messages suggesting that all vzillion investors are about to make a ton of money. He figures by sending these messages he buys himself another 30-60 days. BTW, Michael Howard does the same. Over the past 2 years, their arrogance has gotten the best of them several times by saying their new investor would take out the old vzillion investors if they didn't like the way things were proceeding. Each time their arrogance appeared, this new investor didn't sign on the bottom line so they had to pull their claws back in. Collier and Howard sound like nice guys, NO? That they appreciate their old investors who have hung in with them and purchased stock 100% above the market. All the investors have done was to ask for updates. Only certain investors get updates, if you can believe them.
The talk now is that Vzillion is in the energy business. I'm sure if you ask them, if you could reach them, that it's in the hands of new investors legal team and that they are sworn to secrecy. Maybe they found a way to create energy from the vibrations of people so they can power things. Wow, that would be great.
Anyway, lets hope it's true and it occurs soon. Oh, and lets hope the old vzillion shareholders don't get screwed. They'll probably want the old investors to roll into the new company and or they'll offer them a small premium to where these investors got in years ago. BTW, the reason they will offer something, is so the investors don't sue them. Before you agree, just remember that your money got them to this point and that you purchased stock 100% higher than you should have paid. I just really hope what they claim to be working on it true. If not, I think Collier, Howard and others will end up in jail. I would think that the SEC, who is watching them, will drop the net within the next 2 months if nothing occurs. Good luck to all.
