Part of the answer may depend on why the O/S is increasing. We need to get that clear. Could be different reasons for it.
Also, maybe people see the potential here at these price levels and are willing to buy/accumulate. I think Brent can pull it off if there aren't any surprises that are out of his control. We're in a holding pattern right now. We'll have to wait and see. Cross your fingers!
