Rusty, this company has had COUNTLESS promising PRs, Letters, Shareholders meetings, RAQ, etc. This list of promises goes on and on but they rarely deliver on these promises. Thats why investors no longer give a damn about NVEI.
Simply releasing yet another positive letter will have little or no impact on this companys stock performance.
