I have no idea what you are talking about?

The company is short of cash but it got a good business and the executives are against diluting the stock because they ALREADY GOT STOCK GRANTS.

So, if any cash is raised it will not be more than necessary, meaning most likely no more than 1 million shares.

Why are you even mentioning buyout. Because other supplement companies were bought out does not mean that this is something that MP will do. Companies are acquired when management feel that the acquisition offers more shareholder value than continuing in business. MP is a massive growth company, so it makes no sense to sell to another company, unless management feels that growth cannot continue.

The volatility has to do with the fact that they have relatively a small number of shares outstanding. Orders tend to have a large effect on the price. This is good when there is strong demand for the stock.
