I'm also notorious for changing my mind,so we'll see how it goes .....I just want to see what develops and I really despise Reverse splits ......It's rare that anything good comes out of it,once in awhile I've seen a stock actually continue higher but that is generally if the company is already making money and a profit.
Normally ,it would give a company a chance to start over on issuing shares because it gives the appearance of low float or low OS......however, in this screwy deal they could end up with more shares than they had before the R/S split!Seems counterproductive.
I suppose what really has my goat that after all these years of treasure hunting ships,oh sorry its not treausure hunting it's historical archaeological recovery ,,,,,That they have brought the company to the edge of this cliff and then practically tie the hands of shareholders to vote yes on this deal or possibly be in BK within the next year.
They have spouted for years that there are 3 Million shipwrecks worldwide.....well? What seems to be the problem? :-)
