That dud was/is full of BS. As for Peter, he was a fool or wanted foolish investors to believe he could build an off the shelf kit car and call and try to sell it as a new OEM car offering. The automotive industry laughed their butts off and shareholders grabbed their knees and bent over.
Peter DID get his wish with Carnes and his bud...free money, no interest and you don't ever have to pay it back.
Typical penny stock disaster.
