REALLY experienced traders know that A/S means everything when it comes to penny stocks.

when they did the RS they kept the A/S at 8 BILLION. with all the volume lately, where do you think these shares are coming from? it's not long term bag holders because there were only 2.4 MILLION O/S on 11/25/2014. that means they HAVE to be coming from the shelf of the "company store".

the O/S HAS to be much much greater than 500 million at this point. probably closer to 5 BILLION.
