Forgot SINA which was sold at $15.93 for another $.23. Still need to extricate most of the Q, and few "seconds". Not really too bad a deployment thought just a little too optimistic as to how far the late afternoon swoon down will take the Q. That was a big miss and I end up with BRCM, EXPE, QLGC and MERQ all a little in the red. A little short on the cash side here at 44%, but not a "bad" day.
Maybe I should explain the EOD tactics, when I have a set up in which I think a swoon will be followed by a sharp EOD ramp like today, set a bunch of OB's under the market, typically, four to 6 will get caught, the swoon today was so sharp that most of them got caught (and then the stocks continued down like the four Q). The swoon down was sharper than I expected and the bump weaker, thus the problem with about seven positions hanging there.
