Of course buying at .005 is a better deal. However, unless you are putting up $100Ks, you won't get .005; you'll likely get .01. Also, you'll need to hold it for 6 months. Pros and cons.

In the end, it won't matter; and at the current PPS...it's a "no brainer" to buy IMO.
