I am fully aware of what has occurred with Sigma (as it relates to public information avail). I do have a unique perspective being a manager of programs of record for DoD and now with an FFRDC that enables me to more easily research such topics.

Regardless of posts...I have no agenda nor am I attempting to manipulate anything. I am attempting to keep the dot connecting at a reasonable level and point out some of the detractors that are not addressed on this forum.
