I am going to cautiously disagree with the scam comment. Lord knows i have been burned by these OTCBB stocks to know what does not look like a scam can develop scam-like tendencies in a hurry. It appears that the CEO is credible and it has diluted to acquire what appear to be valuable entities and reported as much to the SEC. BUT i have learned that scammers have NO hesitation with reporting false data to the SEC which the SEC then has to prove...so these are my opinions and i am anxiously awaiting the 1st qtr report to see the OS, value of the orders reported and the value of the reported acquisitions. If i can get $.10 out of this i am happy!
