Yes , although fundamentals are not that great yet chart, technicals, looks awesome.

Even in last 10 -12 months PPS has not dipped much below the lower Bollinger Bands, I use 4, may post the chart and give my opinion.
It never really took a dive. Now we have a cup and handle, high handle good indicator, and some consolidation. Has not broken support at $.09 and if she breaks resistance at $0.11 we will see at least 15 to 18.
