I think we will be fine. SE and other larger shareholders have an interest to make this happen. Kind of like is $1 million dollars in debt really going to prevent them from making $50 million on paper just because SIOR does not have enough dollars in hand to pay a few more!!!!!! Collateral the reserves for SIOR based on a $50 per barrel estimate and front the money!!!
