The r/s was effective 1/20 and according to them the o/s was 5,664,995. Today it's 4/1 and the o/s is around 25,000,000. According to my calculations they've diluted on average about 270,000 shares a day (including week ends). Can this be right?
As we all know they're going to have to dilute at higher and higher amounts because of the sliding stock price.
CAPTAIN I hope you're reading these posts. I'll speak for myself. What the f^^^ are you doing to this company and your investors? Your just about the worst CEO of a pink sheet I've ever experienced. Look at your market cap. Look at the price of this stock since the r/s. Don't you think there's anything that you could or should do to prop it up? Dude your in Whole Foods, why aren't you flooding us with updates? Your so damn busy kissing up to your toxic lenders making deals for over priced funding that you've completely dropped the ball. You've developed a horrible reputation as a liar and a diluter. Someone who doesn't communicate with his investors and is afraid to face his investors when you miss step and act like it never happened.
At least JC has shown some huevos when he feels like someone is mistaken. You sir are a leach who sucks the money out of others, a coward and a scammer.
