Never seen anything from GSK stating they abandonded the agreement nor have I seen anything SEC filing from Intellect the agreement was terminated.

To me it would be considered a material event at least to Intellect if GSK abandonded the past agreement maybe way off base but thats the way I read/see it my friend.

You have to be a scientist in my real opinion and you can bet Chain has the answer but I lay odds Elliot has it to.

I would like to have old Chain back as the chief scientist but not as the CEO.I want say in what way but in my past life I'm talking 20 to 30 years ago I dealt with a array of CEO's,VP with many multi national conglomerate companies and by far Elliot is the most brutal business man I've every dealt with and that is a postive statement and I've told him so.
