If that is truly the case, then you likely do have the makings of a suit with an entity that might have resources to get something back.

I don't have any documents or details about a deal with Tranquini and Bebevco pointing to a year old relationship, so I can't say either way what was agreed to. Based on the activity and information showing up on the Euro side and given the timeframe, I think it's closer to launch than most might be aware.

Rather than puking up useless info about the share count and racing crap, this is a part of the business that looks like it is gaining steam and might be real. If so, I want to understand it and find out what is really going on.
