Old PR'S from LHPT even with a name change will not get wiped OUT COMPLETELY, AS THEY WILL ALWAYS BE FLOATING AROUND in the intenate world, but yes new investors not researching the old LHPT if name change happens, could miss out on some history of this company that is important including filings to OTC and even SEC.
And I got every PR and filing saved for approx. 5 years on this company, so name change is not going to wipe out all history, what I hope for longs here is that a new company name and direction will pay off for them, and it could, but I would not play this long, for a very long time to see what is really going to happen hear, and if information which has and will continue to come out is verified. I am glad to see the news, feel again it has to make it be better then it has been here for a very long time. Even if its a P&D which over all I do not think thats what they are trying to do meaning LHPT, but others may try this on their own.
