This is being accumulated Grold. Accumulation generally happens a bit at a time....then...Wham.
When enough players have their pockets full of the stock it moves. If, enough strong players hold it until that happens. If they start pissing it away from losing patience, then it won't run.
It looks like it's holding....and could be a very nice run coming.
