for example, right now they already announced 2 growers that they have already confirmed that our DD has allowed us to find...
they are close to completing a commercial well application which is needed to bring water to the growhouses... that is the next big step.... after the commercial well permit, they will then receive the construction permit to start building the grow houses.....

UPDATE toward LICENSING The first attempted application submission to the county for the Eden's Garden license was back on 3/12 Eden's Garden and Finnegan's Garden are both growers that we know about and have verified (if you see the below DD, you will see the Articles of Incorporation and GoodStanding Certs) We know the county is asking for an AMENDED VERSION of the application due to the WATER.... there are 2 methods for WATER - there is a temporary method which is VERY FAST - where you can have the WATER delivered to the GROW SITE (fast fix but can get expensive) a company like WEBER WATER in Walsenburg can deliver the WATER (but this is not a long term solution) We know that FutureLand Properties (AEGA) has been working with the STATE of COLORADO to get a permit approval on the COMMERCIAL WELL that will allow growers the water needed for growing... FutureLand has another tenant on their LAND besides INCC - that tenant and INCC's growers are both going to be using this Commercial Well... a great benefit here is that INCC has first right of refusal on this PROPERTY (over 200acres) in an audio interview with INCC's CEO at this link: http://thestockradio.com/otcpink-incc-international-consolidated-companies-inc-ceoantonio-uccello/ you can hear him speak about 10 vetted growers that have been working with INCC attorneys.... Obviously this Martra Holdings Co are seeing a need to SELL STOCK/RAISE MONEY for the POTENTIAL PROJECT that they have on the table in Huerfano County (ironically they are looking to raise 3.6million which is similar to the amount of funding that INCC has already.....)
Also there was a quote from someone representing the town expressing their excitement about the town growing:

this article was written OVER 2 weeks ago - and by the time the ARTICLE was written - most likely the CONTACT STARTED in JAN 2015 with the COUNTY and PERHAPS SOONER...
