Actually because the A/S increase will happen in April I believe that the increase will not show up on a Quarterly report until Q2 because the increase will have happened in Q2.
I believe it was April 6th for the increase though. It may change but I'm pretty sure that is what it stated.
I'm expecting the 10K to be issued sometime next week. Thinking Wednesday. They are usually only a week behind but it is new managment so they may use the whole 15 days.
Excited to see the financials though. Even though there seems to be some noise here the past month that doesn't seem to good.
