It seems many do not get that this is the first loan from outside China on such "normal" and therefore great terms (the company paid over 100% interest just some months ago by issuing share at a PE below 1).
US institutions would not give money to a Chinese operations company, if they weren't sure about its correctness. All shorters believing that SIAF was a not for real will have to be very quiet now.
