These guys have been perennial late filers. I have come across at least twice before, where the the 10Qs have been filed on the last date of the extended periods requested.
Its didn't change much the performance of this company with the exception of annoyance of having filed it late.
I really don't get it as to why they keep doing the extensions and cant get their act right. Sometime i just feel they are looking for clarity on numbers of the current quarter - Q1 in this case. How does this help with the exception of cushioning for growth going forward in terms of expectations with any forward looking statements.
However i am a big believer in this company's prospects and I'm not going away any time soon.
Its going to get very interesting - something out of a Jeffrey Archer or Stephen King novel.
