Wattage in the Cottage

The most important factor on the building in Arizona is the fact that it has more than enough incoming juice to produce some serious buddage! Amps is what it is all about and I can say that professionally! 2500 AMPS is some serious electricity and this building is perfect for its new intended use. Wish I had one back in the 80's!

Is the avg yield per plant about 1 pound? times 3 times a year? how many plants per sq foot or is it sq yard?

There is a pretty standard formula when it comes to figuring out how much a building can support. The biggest factor of them all is electricity. That being said, a 1000 Watt HPS light (4.5 Amps @ 220V) can produce 1000 grams of product in a 25 sqft area if grown in full harmony with mother earth and indoor lighting in 12 weeks or 3 months ;). The wholesale on 2.2 pounds or 1 kilo comes in @ $4,400-$6,600. Retail runs in between $8,800-$13,200. Now here is the where the fun begins....

10,000sqft/25sqft= (400) HPS Lights rated @ 1000 watts

400 Lights X 1000 grams= 400,000 grams of product.

400,000 grams = 400 kilos

400 kilo's x (the lowest possible wholesale $4,400.)= $1,760,000

$1,760,000 X 4 months = $7,040,000 per 10,000 sqft Annually.

400 kilo's x (the highest possible wholesale $6,600.)= $2,640,000

$2,640,000 x 4 months = $10,560,000 per 10,000sqft Annually.

400 kilo's x (the lowest possible retail $8,800.)= $3,520,000

$3,520,000 x 4 months = $14,080,000 per 10,000sqft Annually.

400 kilo's x (the highest possible retail $13,200.)= $5,280,000

$5,280,000 x 4 months = $21,120,000 per 10,000sqft Annually.

I'll let everyone play with these 10,000sqft #'s in their head while they read this:

Medican Enterprises Inc. (OTCBB:MDCN), announced today that the 67,000 square foot facility located, in Phoenix Arizona, it is acquiring has received zoning approval and is now zone compliant for the operation of legal medical marijuana businesses.

“With the zoning approval in hand, this commercial transaction now meets our criteria and we are moving rapidly to finalize the due diligence process,” commented Ken Williams, CEO of Medican Enterprises. “Located just minutes from Hwy 60 and the I-17 and featuring excellent visibility in a high traffic center, this unique property represents the type of asset we are looking for.”
