Stegman is a blessing, he publicly put it out there, and the logic is how this administration thinks. I have found over the years people in authority, or who have a reputation going for them, tend to think similar to him. His logic would be fine in most cases, it would go unchecked or unchallenged, but this is too big for him. People understand the issue much too well to fall under the guise its better to steal then to let profits stay where they were earned.

Government has no authority to wind down a profitable private company. If the government wishes to dissolve the relationship it can be down by either FnF or gov by termination of their CHARTER. That is the extent of removing the contract between the parties. Any of the 3 can initiate.
